Job Summary
Conduct landscape quality audits with clients to review task execution, identify maintenance needs, and recommend enhancements. Create detailed job service plans using the Aspire software system and provide production planning oversight to supervisors and team members on client jobsites. Manage labor and materials costs by reviewing financial reports to contribute to profitability goals. Oversee hiring and staffing needs while demonstrating leadership in a safety-oriented culture through ongoing crew training and mentorship of supervisors.
