Job Summary
Conduct landscape quality audits with clients and create detailed job service plans using Aspire software. Provide production planning, oversight, and guidance to supervisors and team members on client jobsites while driving customer satisfaction. Manage labor and materials costs, review financial reports, and identify opportunities to improve production methods. Oversee hiring and staffing needs, and demonstrate leadership of a safety-oriented culture by training crew members and mentoring supervisors.
