Job Summary
Lead multiple landscape crews to meet daily and weekly production goals by setting clear expectations for quality, pace, and safety. Conduct daily jobsite check-ins to ensure proper staffing and efficiency, while adjusting schedules based on weather, staffing, and job priorities. Forecast material needs, coordinate deliveries, and manage equipment movement to minimize downtime and ensure crews have the right tools before dispatch. Inspect completed work against company and client standards, enforce safety protocols, and report production progress and delays to leadership. Serve as the primary link between crews, account managers, and operations to provide feedback on labor efficiency and resource needs. Work outdoors in varying conditions with early mornings and occasional extended hours during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in landscape production or field operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites simultaneously
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Working knowledge of landscape equipment, materials, and installation practices
- Ability to lead from the field and make quick, practical decisions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Frequent walking of jobsites and lifting of light to moderate equipment
- Early mornings and occasional extended hours during peak seasons
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with commercial landscape operations
- Familiarity with production tracking or scheduling software
