Job Summary
Assist in landscape plant maintenance and landscape beds on residential and commercial properties, performing pruning, weeding, cutbacks, and cleanups on a regular schedule and on call as needed. Install plants as requested and maintain planters while working independently or as part of a team. Interact professionally with customers daily to communicate service processes and expectations. Possess general knowledge of plant maintenance practices and continue on-the-job training for all aspects of Ryan provided services. This safety-sensitive position requires operating vehicles and equipment, with offers contingent upon passing a drug screen, background check, MVR check, and DOT physical.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience in landscape plant maintenance or related field
- degree in horticulture or green industry field
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain DOT medical certification
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day
- Posses a general knowledge of plant maintenance practices
