Landscape Operations Manager

As Landscape Operations Manager, you will bridge our crews and clients by overseeing day-to-day operations to meet client expectations through coaching, training, and service ownership. You’ll lead a crew of 20, manage payroll and scheduling via Dayforce and Aspire, conduct site inspections to ensure green standards, identify property improvements, and draft winning proposals to help our clients’ landscapes thrive. You should have deep landscape knowledge, proven leadership experience, and be comfortable using or learning scheduling and reporting tools, while actively engaging with customers in the field and driving operations on site with a focus on hands-on problem solving.
