Job Summary
Conduct landscape and maintenance tasks including planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, as well as hardscaping and drainage projects on client properties. Interact with clients daily to communicate service processes, expectations, and recommendations for additional RYAN services. Work independently or in teams while maintaining pride in end results, operating within a safety-sensitive environment requiring vehicle and equipment operation. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 pounds, walk up to three miles daily, and work outdoors year-round. This entry-level role offers mentorship and growth within a $100M+ employee-owned company serving Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Nebraska.
Required Qualifications
