Job Summary
Lead a team of gardeners and perform all maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, and seasonal care. Train and mentor junior members while identifying plants, pests, and diseases to drive horticultural expertise. Drive a pickup truck and possess strong leadership skills to represent the company professionally. Work independently or with a team during 4-day weeks (Mon-Thurs, 7am–5pm) with no weekends or holidays unless extra hours are desired. Bonus points for snow plow experience and extensive plant knowledge to maximize earning potential.
