Job Summary
Conduct basic lawn care, planting, and maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, and debris removal. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and weed eaters while performing routine landscape upkeep. Follow daily direction from supervisors on tasks and responsibilities, communicate effectively with team members and occasionally customers, and identify plant health concerns to maintain vibrant landscapes. Ensure job sites are left clean and presentable after each service while adhering to maintenance schedules and seasonal needs. Work Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday from 7 am to 5:30 pm. Join our team creating stunning outdoor spaces that enrich the lives of clients and communities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow through with directions
- Team attitude
- Must be physically fit
- Ability to maneuver up to 50 pounds
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- Pass a DMV check
- Able to pass Drug Screen (THC ok)
- Willing to train the right person
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in professional landscaping
- Experience in running equipment: mowers, blowers, hedge trimmer, weed eater
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Horticultural knowledge and plant identification of Northwest annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, and ground covers
