As a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader, you will actively lead a crew with a positive attitude, communicate policy changes, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance service activities, maintaining a culture of safety, installing and caring for various plants, operating landscaping equipment, and tracking project hours. Candidates should possess landscaping experience, a valid driver's license, and strong organizational and communication skills.
