Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager leads and coordinates all field maintenance activities across mowing, lawn care, irrigation, landscape maintenance, and snow removal; responsible for crew production, staffing, training, and equipment maintenance; ensures quality, safety, and client satisfaction; oversees inventory, budgeting, reporting, and use of proprietary landscape software; requires leadership, staff development, scheduling, safety, and strong communication skills; in-person role based in Holmen, WI with 50+ hour weeks during peak seasons and compensation in a salary range of $55,000–$65,000 plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of directly relevant landscape experience
- 1–3 years of management experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Excellent written/verbal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
