Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead and build the operations for a new landscape branch; recruit and develop field managers and crews; establish structure, accountability, and performance standards; oversee routing, scheduling, and production efficiency; manage P&L including labor, materials, and equipment budgets; act as an Account Manager initially to build client relationships and partner with Sales; drive safety, quality, and service delivery; grow the branch through strong client trust and effective service; require 5+ years in commercial landscape operations or maintenance leadership with experience leading multiple crews; Aspire software experience strongly preferred; growth-minded leader ready to take on branch management responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial landscape operations or maintenance leadership
- Experience managing multiple crews and/or Field Managers
- Strong understanding of routing, scheduling, and production efficiency
- Experience with Aspire (or similar software) strongly preferred
