Landscape Maintenance Inspector

Job Summary
Conduct daily on-site inspections to verify landscape maintenance contractors' compliance with contracts, including routine maintenance cycles, chemical applications, and irrigation system functionality. Monitor contractor adherence to safety procedures and assist in identifying plant pest activity. Compile and manage contractor-submitted reports, prepare project documentation for plant replacement projects, and document landscape construction activities during the phase II establishment period. Safely operate a CFX fleet vehicle to perform periodic inspections and monitor pond maintenance contractor activities. Assist the Landscape Program Manager in preparing a comprehensive inventory of all landscape improvements within the Expressway right-of-way. Requires a valid driver's license and experience working outdoors in varying terrain.
Required Qualifications
- AA or BS degree in a landscape or horticulture related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a landscape related position
- Valid driver license
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
