Job Summary
Support the maintenance team in managing diverse urban farms, edible gardens, and landscapes across the Bay Area. Perform routine property upkeep including pruning, weeding, planting, debris removal, and general site maintenance. Assist with irrigation setup, troubleshooting, and harvest, wash, and prepare produce for client distribution. Manage crop care, soil health, and seasonal bed preparation while applying sustainable farming and integrated pest management practices. Monitor sites for improvement opportunities and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to safety standards. Drive between project sites and vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience with farming or landscaping
- Valid driver's license
