Job Summary
Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews in daily operations, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Operate and oversee commercial landscaping equipment while driving vehicles and performing daily inspections. Delegate tasks to crew members and accurately track and submit timesheets for weekly payroll. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Requires a valid driver's license, previous crew leadership experience, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods. Occasional weekend work during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and ability to meet company driving/insurability standards
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or horticulture
- Proven experience leading a crew as a Foreman or Crew Lead
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Willingness to work a consistent schedule with occasional weekend work during peak seasons
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, climbing, and physical activity
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
