Job Summary
Service maintenance accounts by completing punch lists, addressing service requests, and conducting site walks with follow-up communication to clients and Mission management. Manage Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians to ensure maintenance specifications for grass, weeds, trimming, and safety are met. Coach employees on company values, handle payroll, invoicing, and proposals, and submit monthly equipment and truck reports. Interview, hire, train, and direct staff while resolving complaints and addressing performance issues. Maintain accounts to specifications and keep operations safe, productive, and on target with profit goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- minimum three years related Account Manager experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Fluent in English language skills (verbal and written)
- verbal bilingual language skills (English/Spanish)
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Valid California drivers license
- a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier
- a California state Pest Control Applicator's License
- The ability to regularly stand, walk, use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear
- The ability to frequently reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- The ability to occasionally sit, climb or balance
- The ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
