Job Summary
Manage client relationships from initial sale through ongoing weekly maintenance, driving new business and increasing department revenue. Maintain established sales volume by following up on leads, attending client presentations, and conducting onsite walkthroughs to ensure needs are met. Initiate and approve work orders, prepare proposals and contracts, and monitor billing and accounts receivable. Collaborate with Production Coordinators, Crew Leaders, and administrative teams to update project status and deliver exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years sales experience
- exemplary knowledge of landscape terminology
- knowledge of plant materials
- knowledge of installation techniques
- thorough understanding of the Mariani approach to Maintenance
- ability to work in a team environment
- ability to work independently
- ability to take direction and constructive feedback from team members
- ability to provide feedback to other team members
- flexibility to perform duties wherever volume deems it necessary
