Job Summary
Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf while performing lawn care duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding. Install sod, mulch, and ground covers, then assist with hardscape installations like walkways and retaining walls. Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites, remove debris, and operate landscaping tools safely. Apply fertilizers and pesticides as directed, follow safety procedures, and support crew leaders to ensure daily productivity. Requires a valid driver's license, physical ability for manual labor, and 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience. Full-time role in Gainesville, GA with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean or acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Commitment to safety protocols and proper tool usage
- 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience
