Job Summary
The landscape laborer role involves cutting grass, trimming hedges, and maintaining vegetation to ensure the health and aesthetics of grounds. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to use "down-time" effectively to the benefit of the company

- Must be able to operate lawn care equipment including, but not limited to, tractor, weed eater, edger, hedge trimmer, push, chain saw, and ride on mower
- Must be punctual, responsible and dependable
- Must demonstrate motivation, initiative, and reliability
- Must be able to work as part of a team, fostering teamwork in a dynamic environment
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be willing to cross-train in other areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver license, without special restrictions

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and periodic retests
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
