Job Summary
Landscape Laborer needed to maintain outdoor landscaping, groundskeeping, and exterior areas for Nouria Energy’s C-store properties in Southern Maine. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, weeding, parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances maintenance, debris removal, seasonal planting and pruning, snow/ice removal as needed, operating basic landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers), reporting safety hazards, and traveling between multiple sites while following safety guidelines. Candidate should enjoy outdoor work, be capable of physical labor, and demonstrate reliability and attention to detail to uphold high-traffic retail site appearance. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate with safety and independence or as part of a team; employment subject to background and MVR checks. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Criminal background check and MVR check required
