Landscape Installer (Foreperson Trainee)

Job Summary
Assist with landscape and hardscape installation projects by installing trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, edging, drainage, sod, pavers, and retaining walls while operating equipment safely. Work alongside experienced forepersons to learn crew leadership, jobsite organization, and production management, ensuring clean and professional sites. Read landscape plans, identify plants, and apply proper planting techniques for grading, watering, and plant health. Communicate professionally with team members and customers while maintaining a positive attitude and reliable attendance. Valid driver's license required; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation

- Basic plant identification knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with common landscape plants, shrubs, and trees is a plus
