Job Summary
Lead installation of hardscape and softscape for high-end landscape construction projects in the Murray, UT area. Manage hardscape elements including custom water features, natural stone, paver systems, concrete work, and wood structures; supervise softscape installation—grading, soil preparation, drainage, plant material placement, sod/seeding, irrigation and low-voltage lighting. Provide hands-on leadership to multiple crews and subcontractors, schedule and coordinate daily activities, enforce quality control, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Read and interpret landscape architecture plans and site surveys to execute design vision; operate and maintain heavy equipment safely to perform precise site grading and material placement. Emphasizes safety and compliance with building codes and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end landscape construction installation
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/foreman experience
- Expert proficiency in hardscape and softscape installation including water features and natural stone
- Experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers)
- Ability to read and interpret landscape architecture plans and site surveys
