Job Summary
Plan, direct, and schedule landscape maintenance and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other assets); lead a crew of 2-4, enforce safety standards, perform mowing/weed-trimming/debris removal, operate landscaping equipment, document work in field systems, and travel locally/regionally to client sites (10-15 days/month). Requires 2-4+ years of manual-labor experience, travel readiness, valid CDL/driver-record, and ability to work in varied weather; compensation $22-$24/hour with full-time schedule and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor
- outdoor experience preferred
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally (10-15 days per month)
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening required
- Must be at least 21 years old due to DOT interstate transportation requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varied weather conditions
