Job Summary
Lead a crew of 2-4 in planning, directing, and scheduling landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other assets) on commercial properties. Enforce safety regulations, perform mowing and debris removal, operate landscaping and light construction equipment, and document work in Apex systems. Travel locally/regionally (approximately 10 days per month) via company truck with lodging and per diem on travel days. Must have 2-4+ years of outdoor/manual labor experience, valid driver’s license, and be willing to undergo background/MVR checks and drug screening. Emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering high-quality stormwater maintenance outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor or outdoor work
- valid driver's license and safe driving record
- DOT interstate transportation requirements; minimum age 21
