Job Summary
Lead a 2-4 member crew to plan, direct, and schedule landscaping and maintenance of stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance, and light construction; operate landscaping and light construction equipment and manage field reports using Apex systems. Travel locally/reg ionally 10-15 days per month; enforce safety regulations and ensure quality work on retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other assets. Requires 2-4+ years outdoor/manual labor experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening. Must be physically able to perform tasks in varying weather conditions and meet 21-year age requirement for DOT interstate work.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor, outdoor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally (10-15 days per month)
- DOT interstate requirements: must be at least 21 years old
- Pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
