Job Summary
Lead a 2-4 person crew to plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates) on commercial properties in Bossier City, LA. Responsibilities include supervising field crews, enforcing safety regulations, performing mowing and other ground maintenance, operating landscaping and light construction equipment, and documenting work in Apex systems. Travel locally and regionally (approximately 10-15 days per month) with lodging and per diem provided. Requires 2-4+ years of outdoor/manual labor experience, valid driver's license, ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks, and drug screening. Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor

- Able to perform physically demanding tasks in varied weather conditions
