Job Summary
Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) leads a crew of 2-4 to plan, direct, and schedule maintenance of stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other assets). The role involves mowing and grounds maintenance, light construction/repairs, equipment operation, and field reporting using Apex systems. Travel locally/regionally (typically 10-15 days per month) via company truck, with overtime opportunities and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. The position requires 2-4+ years of outdoor/manual-labor experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, passing background/drug tests, and availability to work M-F with physical tasks in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor/outdoor environments
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally (10-15 days per month)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Experience leading a crew of 2-4 crew members
- Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials preferred
