Job Summary
Lead and work alongside a crew on complex landscape construction projects, overseeing demolition, site prep, grading, planting, and installation; read and interpret landscape plans, shoot grades with transit, and lay out job sites; manage crew productivity, scheduling, safety, and change orders; interface with customers, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers; operate heavy equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, tracked loader, chop saws) and use Aspire for daily project management; requires high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, CLT, CPR/First Aid, bilingual (Spanish/English), and 3+ years landscape construction experience; emphasize leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork with a mid-level experience profile.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- 3+ years landscape construction experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) - oral and written
- Certified Landscape Technician (CLT)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Clean background check and employment eligibility documentation
