Job Summary
Landscape Foreman oversees the installation of landscape upgrades for commercial maintenance accounts, leads crews on active job sites, conducts site inspections, coordinates material delivery, enforces safety practices, and collaborates with subcontractors. Responsibilities include scheduling, ensuring quality and productivity, leading weekly safety meetings, maintaining asset controls, and upholding company ethics and safety policies. Must read and interpret blueprints, manage coordination with subcontractors, and communicate effectively; bilingual Spanish is preferred and First Aid certification is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or landscape installation
- Proven leadership experience managing crews on active job sites
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
- First Aid certification (or ability to become certified)
- Possess strong stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle requirements
