Job Summary
Oversee maintenance of trees, shrubs, turf, and green systems while managing auto-drip irrigation, water features, and grow lights for client properties. Conduct site inspections, supervise landscape contractors and independent arborists, and prepare cost estimates, proposals, and contracts for ad-hoc works. Address incidents such as fallen trees by submitting reports and liaising with authorities like the National Parks Board and NEA. Prepare monthly KPI presentations, attend client and stakeholder meetings, and assist with trees registration via mobile app. Ensure contractors comply with safe work procedures using e-PTW and CMMS. Minimum 3 years of arboriculture experience required; reporting to the Landscape Management team at Cushman & Wakefield.
Required Qualifications
- ITC in Landscape Management / Landscape Design & Horticulture
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision
- WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management
- Certified Practicing Horticulturist
- ISA Certified Arborist
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in arboriculture and landscape management
- Strong technical knowledge in horticulture maintenance practices
- Experience in managing contractors and site operations
- Familiar with the use of e-PTW
- Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Ability to liaise with relevant authorities such as National Parks Board, NEA, LTA and SLA
Desired Qualifications
- ISA Certified Arborist (added advantage)
