Job Summary
Evaluate tender opportunities for suitability and manage the tender lifecycle from assessment to Supervisor handover. Prepare accurate tenders for approval, conduct take-offs and measure plans, and develop site tracking/budget sheets from tendered information. Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and builders while procuring key items and submitting variations plus monthly progress claims. Actively expand the client, subcontractor, and supplier base. This 80/20 split role allows transitioning from field work to office-based responsibilities within a leading commercial landscape construction company on the Northern Gold Coast.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in estimating and project management within the commercial landscape environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
Desired Qualifications
