Landscape Estimator & Project Coordinator

Estimates and coordinates landscape construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include reviewing design plans and specs to prepare accurate estimates for materials, labor, and subcontractors; conducting takeoffs; comparing vendor bids; producing budgets, proposals, and change orders; coordinating procurement of materials; negotiating pricing and ensuring timely delivery; developing and managing project schedules; serving as the communication hub among designers, project managers, vendors, and clients. The role focuses on high-end outdoor living projects (hardscaping, landscaping, pools, and related spaces) with office and field duties, frequent travel to job sites within the Triangle area, and requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with estimating software, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
