Job Summary
Supervise and train installation crews on landscape, irrigation, and hardscape projects while executing contracted scopes and reading job plans. Manage subcontractors, schedule daily work assignments, and coordinate equipment and materials. Perform hands-on tasks including digging, planting, loading/unloading, and maintaining on-site relations with clients and contractors. Submit daily timesheets, conduct safety meetings, and ensure safe operation of heavy equipment and vehicles. Requires valid Florida driver's license, clean record, and ability to work in all weather conditions. Communicate daily with the Production Manager and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Leader
- Must have valid FL Driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis
- Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns and other environmental risks
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must wear sturdy shoes, company uniforms, and assigned PPE
- Must present yourself in a professional, polite manner
- Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment
- Must wear company-provided eye and ear protection as required
- Must be willing to obtain FL Pesticide applicators license
- Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Must comply with Bland's policies and procedures
