Landscape Engineer II

Job Summary
Design and develop automatic irrigation systems for landscape projects, preparing layouts, plans, calculations, specifications, and technical reports. Develop central control systems, field wiring networks, and perform hydraulic analyses and demand calculations. Produce standard details, construction documents, and material equipment specifications while supporting contractor submittal reviews, proposal evaluations, and RFIs. Coordinate with landscape architects and project leads to produce detailed design packages, ensure compliance with standards, and provide technical guidance to CAD Designers. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to improving design standards and workflows. This role supports the Placemaking team in delivering sustainable solutions for natural and built assets across global markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the design, construction, and/or supervision of landscape and irrigation projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with irrigation design software such as Irrigation F/X, Bentley WaterCAD, IrriCAD, or similar platforms
- Professional Engineering registration or licensure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other engineering-related software
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D and Revit
- If do not have any experience, willing to be trained in-house
