Job Summary
Landscape Driver / Crew Leader responsible for overseeing a commercial landscaping crew in Vista, CA. Must operate equipment including dump truck, trailer, backpack blower, tiller, chainsaw, pruners, pole pruners, and gas-powered shears; supervise landscapers, coordinate maintenance and enhancement installations, and ensure safety with PPE. Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for at least 3 years; able to work outdoors year-round, walk long periods, and lift 50-80 lbs regularly. Foreman/crew leader experience in commercial landscaping (2+ years maintenance; 3+ years foreman) is preferred. Benefits include 401(k), dental/health/Life insurance, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- 2+ years Commercial Landscape Maintenance experience
- 3+ years Foreman/Crew Leader experience in Commercial Landscape
- Experience operating dump truck, trailer, backpack blower, tiller, chainsaw, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas-powered shears
- Ability to lift 50-80 lbs regularly
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment and plant care
- Reliable transportation to work daily
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment on job sites
