Landscape Designer

Utilize AutoCAD, Adobe CS, Revit, and Lumion to draft documents, complete computations, and develop plans for landscape architecture projects from conceptual through construction administration phases. Participate in the design process, provide cost opinions, manage project schedules, and prepare construction-related services. Complete edits and modify plans as reviewed by agencies, municipalities, and clients, while conducting required site visits. Communicate with the Project Manager regarding workload status and tasks to meet designated chargeability goals. This developmental role supports a project team under direct supervision, focusing on designing portions of projects and addressing landscape architectural issues.
