Job Summary
Execute design-related tasks supporting the overall project vision, including developing conceptual site plans, layouts, and illustrative graphics. Produce high-quality visual renderings and presentations to communicate design intent, while collaborating with senior Landscape Architects/Designers to refine designs and participate in client meetings. Develop construction drawings, technical details, and documentation using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Rhino. Conduct research on materials, site conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform design decisions and prepare supporting materials for project presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture or design
- Strong design sensibility, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and technically sound work
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Rhino, or other relevant design tools
- Ability to take ownership of assigned design tasks and execute them with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas visually and verbally
- A collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a team-oriented studio environment
- Passion for creating thoughtful, sustainable, and impactful outdoor environments
