Job Summary
Hands-on, full-time Landscape Designer who designs and sells residential landscape projects. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, creating site plans and CAD/3D models, generating cost estimates, visiting construction sites to ensure design intent is realized, producing submittals, and coordinating with builders, subcontractors, vendors, and co-workers. Requires Bachelor’s degree in landscape design or landscape architecture, 2–3 years sales experience, 3–5 years relevant landscape construction and design experience, SketchUp and AutoCAD proficiency, valid driver’s license with clean MVR, and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks; portfolio upload is required. Location: Fort Collins, CO (onsite). Benefits include PTO, sick time, health, and a 401(k). Hours vary; weekends may be needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape design or landscape architecture
- 2-3 years sales experience
- 3-5 years experience in residential landscape construction and design
- Sketchup: 1 year or other 3D modelling software
- AutoCAD: 3 years
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
- Willing to pass pre-employment drug screening & background check
- Able and willing to upload a design portfolio
