Landscape Crew Member

Operate equipment for lawn care, including weedeating, grass cutting, and edging, while enhancing landscapes through mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs. Assist the Landscaper team supervisor with daily site preparation and cleanup duties to keep commercial properties looking top-notch. This role requires 1–3 years of professional landscaping or groundskeeping experience and the ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively. Shifts run Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Jake Alexander Blvd, Salisbury, NC. The Budd Group offers pay on demand, cash back, and free online classes to support team member growth.
