Job Summary
Conduct professional landscape maintenance on commercial properties, performing mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and pruning. Assist with loading and unloading equipment while keeping tools in top shape and ensuring job sites remain clean, safe, and complete. Follow directions from Crew Leaders and occasionally support commercial construction or enhancement projects. Operate mowers, blowers, and trimmers while lifting up to 50 lbs in all weather conditions. Requires at least 2+ years of commercial landscape experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors daily. Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of commercial landscape experience
- Ability to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license is preferred
- Demonstrated hand-eye coordination to safely and accurately operate tools, equipment, and machinery
- Experience operating remote-controlled equipment, electronic controls, or similar technology is preferred
