Job Summary
Landscape Crew Member responsible for mowing, edging, watering, hauling materials, trash removal, operating a blower, and preparing beds in accordance with contract specifications. Duties include mowing grass with power mowers, trimming and edging with a weed eater, watering with portable sprinkler systems, hauling/topsoil/mulch/pea gravel as needed, picking up trash, operating a blower to clean sidewalks and driveways, and aiding in bed clearing and mulching. Strong emphasis on customer service and safety, with required adherence to attendance and ability to obtain accommodations if needed; no licenses required (Driver’s License a plus) and background checks may be required depending on contract. Position is part-time with potential for training, located in Houston, TX. Endea vors/affiliate contexts noted for equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Preferred, but not required; will train if program needs allow.
- Attendance: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
- LICENSES: None required. Valid Driver’s License a plus.
- VEHICLE: None required. Must be able to get to and from work as scheduled.
- OTHER: Must be available and willing to work assigned schedules. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others.
- Background check may be NEEDED depending on contract.
