Job Summary
Landscape Crew Leader for a Commercial Landscaping team in Aurora, CO. Oversees a crew of landscapers, operates and maintains equipment (dump truck, trailer, backpack blower, tiller, chainsaw, gas-powered shears, etc.), and ensures proper plant materials, seasonal color, and enhancement installations. Must be physically able to work outdoors in varying environments, walk long distances, and lift 50-80 lbs regularly. Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; PPE is required on job sites. Full-time position with benefits, year-round work, and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- experience in Commercial Landscape Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
- Foreman/Crew Leader in Commercial Landscape: 3 years (Required)
- Experience operating dump trucks, trucks with trailers, backpack blowers, tillers, chainsaws, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas-powered shears
- Knowledge of equipment such as mowers, blowers, landscaping equipment and plant care knowledge
- Ability to work outdoors, walk long distances, lift 50-80 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to work daily
- Bilingual (English - Spanish) not required (preferred)
- Commercial Landscape Maintenance experience (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record for at least 3 years (required)
- License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License (required)
