Landscape Crew Leader

Directs crew members and equipment to plan and execute daily grounds and turf maintenance, including planting, trimming, mowing, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing. Properly diagnose insect, disease, and cultural conditions while driving, operating, and maintaining landscape machinery. Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on landscape needs. Requires demonstrated experience coordinating a landscape crew, strong communication skills, and the ability to complete Davey's career development books, first aid, CPR, and defensive driving courses upon hire. Full-time, permanent role with up to 25% travel expectations.
