Job Summary
Direct crew members and equipment while planning and executing daily grounds and turf maintenance tasks, including planting, trimming, mowing, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing. Diagnose insect, disease, and cultural environmental conditions in turf and shrubs, and maintain open communication with management and clients regarding landscape needs. Operate, drive, and maintain landscape equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Required Qualifications
- Love of the outdoors
- Ability to complete the Davey landscape career development books upon hire
- Ability to complete the Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
- Travel Expectations: Up to 25%
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred: background in Horticulture or Landscaping
- Preferred: Turf, Weed, Tree and shrub ID knowledge
