Job Summary
Lead a team of watershed management Service Technicians to maintain and improve storm drainage systems, identify and document stormwater drainage issues, and perform environmental maintenance. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining landscaping equipment (pickup truck and trailer), disposing of sediment, trash, and debris, performing physical labor in diverse weather, completing maintenance and inspection reports, and tracking crew expenses while consistently meeting KPIs and SLAs to ensure fulfillment of the client’s Scope of Work.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of directly related experience in a similar role
- Ability to lead a team of technicians and manage field operations
- Experience maintaining storm drainage systems and BMP/SCM practices
- Proficiency in completing maintenance and inspection reports and tracking crew expenses
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment including a pickup truck and trailer
- Capacity to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and SOW execution
