Job Summary
Lead a team of watershed management Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion. Identify and document stormwater drainage issues needing repair, perform general environmental maintenance, and dispose of sediment, trash, and debris from stormwater systems. Operate and maintain company landscaping equipment, including a pick-up truck and trailer, while performing physical labor in various weather conditions. Complete maintenance and inspection reports, track crew expenses, and consistently execute against company-defined Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements to ensure uncompromised fulfillment of client Scope of Work. Travel 4-5 days per week away from home to monitor the effectiveness of stormwater control measures.
Required Qualifications
- Background check

- Insurable status under the company's auto policy
- Analytical approach to stormwater drainage management
- Proficiency with mobile technology (i.e. iPads, Laptops, Email, etc.)
- Willingness to travel and be away from home 4-5 days per week
- Ability to perform duties in all types of weather conditions
