Directs crew members and equipment and plans and executes assigned work in landscape and turf maintenance. Lead responsibilities include coordinating daily grounds tasks, supervising crew for planting, trimming, mowing, weeding, mulching, fertilizing, diagnosing turf and shrub conditions, and maintaining open communication with management and clients. Operates and maintains landscape equipment; emphasizes safety, training, and performance.
