Landscape Construction Team Leader

Construction & Landscape Crew Leader leads a mobile crew of 3–5 on landscape construction and grounds maintenance across GTA client sites. You’ll drive the truck and trailer, plan the day, assign tasks, work alongside the crew, and uphold quality and safety standards on every job. Role tasks include landscape construction (planting, grading, sodding, edging, site finishing), equipment operation (bobcat, mini excavator, compactors, power tools), and grounds maintenance (turf care, seasonal clean-ups, mowing, trimming, bed work). You’ll supervise and train the crew, enforce safety, and ensure high-quality work daily. Core values emphasize professionalism, teamwork, problem-solving, and getting the job done with excellence. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and the ability to work in all weather conditions, with year-round work and leadership responsibilities offered by a growing company in Bolton, Ontario (GTA area).
