Job Summary
Conduct premium landscape construction for nature-based playgrounds, outdoor learning environments, and bespoke family spaces across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Operate small plant and equipment including excavators, skid steers, and HR trucks while executing paving, edging, finishing works, and irrigation projects. Collaborate within a close-knit team to deliver award-quality outdoor environments that prioritize craftsmanship and community impact. Work Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm in a permanent full-time role with an opportunity toward a project-based 4-day work week.
Required Qualifications
- Landscape Construction qualification
- solid industry experience
- Strong practical landscaping skills
- Pride in exceptional workmanship
- High attention to detail
- A positive, reliable and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
- Manual driver's licence
- White Card
