Landscape Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead and oversee landscape and hardscape construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Drive field production, scheduling, and labor efficiency to meet on-time delivery and budget targets. Manage crews, foremen, and field supervisors; conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to standards. Collaborate with estimating/sales on production assumptions, monitor project profitability, track budgeted vs. actual hours, and optimize resources. Develop short- and long-term project schedules, coordinate labor, materials, and equipment across multiple projects, and address field issues with professionalism to ensure client satisfaction. Emphasize leadership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving to drive efficiency and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in landscape construction or hardscape construction or related field
- Proven experience managing multiple crews and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and production rates
- Experience with job costing and labor performance tracking
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills (field and client-facing)
- Proficiency with project management software and spreadsheets/reporting tools
- Commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines
