Job Summary
Landscape Construction Laborer works under the Foreman to ensure safe, efficient completion of landscape installation projects. Essential duties include loading/unloading/moving materials, excavation and hand trenching, use of small power tools, site cleanup, pipe installation/preparation/gluing, cement/concrete work, and operation of small machinery. Requires 2-3 years of landscape experience, 1 year in landscape construction or related trade, and commercial irrigation experience; applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to follow instructions and be punctual. This is a union project with pay rate of $31-$35 per hour and benefits via the Local 242 union. Monarch Landscaping is an E-Verify participating employer and offers on-demand daily pay.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years experience in residential or commercial landscape
- At least 1 year of experience in landscape construction or related trade
- Commercial irrigation experience required
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow instruction
- Ability to show up for work on time each day
